Mr. Womack has been active as a real estate professional, broker and developer over a 50+ career in
Texas. He is currently the CEO of his family office (www.ramseyfg.com) and President of Gulf
Equites Realty Advisors. The firm currently oversees the management of over $100M of undeveloped
real estate in the greater Houston area (www.gulfequities.com) and a commercial office building on
the West Loop in Houston where the corporate offices have been located for the past 34 years.
During his career Mr.
Womack has been a principal in the development and re-development (restoration of over ten (10)
historical buildings in Houston and San Antonio) of commercial office buildings, hotels, retail
shopping centers and residential subdivisions.
I am the Chairman at Eden Grow Systems, where we’re revolutionizing the way the world approaches
food cultivation. Starting with NASA-Spinoff technology, we bring cutting-edge Aeroponic Technology
to the forefront, designed by Aerospace Engineers and refined in collaboration with NASA scientists
and leading agricultural universities. Our mission is to empower communities with food and
medicinal independence through innovative solutions that merge space-age ingenuity with vertical
farming practices.
In addition to my role at Eden Grow Systems, I am deeply invested in nurturing talent and fostering
growth. With over three decades of experience as a Houston business leader, I’ve advised and guided
numerous startups and business models to success. As the CEO of Ramsey Financial Group, operating
as a family office, I oversee a diverse investment portfolio spanning real estate, oil/gas, medical
devices, agriculture, and other industries.
Some of my current Chairman positions include leading CorVitals, a medical device company
pioneering Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) software for accessible EKGs, and driving forward the
vision of Eden Grow Systems.
I also contribute to the advancement of innovative ventures as a member of the Board and investment
committee at SPACEFUND VC.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of achieving significant milestones, including:
- Transitioning from a CPA role at Arthur Anderson to founding and expanding a local CPA firm,
eventually merging it into a national firm. - Co-founding Park Plaza Hospital and a regional surgery center company, significantly
impacting
healthcare accessibility. - Establishing Gulf Equities Realty Advisors alongside my partner, George Gilman, managing a
substantial portfolio of investment properties in Houston. - Playing an integral role in the Houston Angel Network since its inception, including serving
as
Chairman and President.
